    Terms of Sale: All items subject to prior sale. Please confirm availability before sending payment. We accept checks, money orders, Master Card, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Returns allowable within 7 days if not as described and with prior approval. If ordering directly, shipping rates are as follows: Shipping within the US — USPS Book Rate $4 each book, $1 each additional — add another $3 per book for Priority Mail. Unusually large or heavy books/sets may exceed our usual rate. International shipping is determined at time of sale. Normally, we will charge our cost plus $1 for handling.
